LaToya Groves Joins GHA Staff

GREER, SC --- LaToya Groves recently joined the staff of Greer Housing serving as Property Manager.  In this role, Ms. Groves will bring her property manager experience.

Originally from Concord, NC.  Ms. Groves relocated to the Greer area in May 2016.  Groves holds a bachelor's in business from the University of South Carolina and has an additional degree. Additionally, Ms. Groves holds a property manager license and attended The Real Estate School of South Carolina.

With nine and a half years of experience, Groves brings their Affordable Housing and Conventional Housing expertise to the agency. Prior to Joining Greer Housing, Groves served as the Property Manager for several properties, as well as serving as a District Manager.

Groves has 1 child, who attends Full Sail University in Florida. During her free time, Groves enjoys reading books, learning new skills, traveling, and driving motorcycles.

Greer Housing, established in 1950, provides decent, affordable housing for eligible low-income families and the elderly through 186 Public Housing units and manages 290 Section 8 Vouchers for area landlords. Greer Housing is governed by five Board of Commissioners.
